At the Committee meeting held at Churchtown Conservative Club on Monday 31st March it was decided that in order to answer the frequently asked questions about the setup of the Southport & District Snooker League, season 2008/09,  we, the Committee need to know by Friday 16th May (Presentation night) the number of teams each club will be entering.  It is important that we have this information in order that the proposed League structure can be put to the club representatives  at the Annual General Meeting. We would also like to hear from any club wishing to enter the League.  All club delegates will soon receive a letter regarding this.

Paul had a highest break of 147 and a highest professional break of 143.  He turned professional in 1995 and climbed to

number 4 in the rankings.  His interests were; Golf, Snooker and Football.  Paul won, The 2001 B & H Masters, The 2002 Regal Welsh Open,
